50 Partners offers a unique coworking space dedicated to entrepreneurs, in the field of Digital, Impact and Health.

The Loft welcomes you full day on weekends and from 18:30 on weekdays so that you can organize your events and meetings or even if you wish for filming (film, photos, parades) on a space of about 700m2.

You will have at your disposal all the necessary equipment to set up your meetings or seminars (a screen with a video projector, chairs, a reception area). We can also offer you a catering service so that your events take place in the best possible conditions.

This old rope factory can accommodate about 50 people seated, and 80 people standing. This place is a real place of life and exchange for the ecosystem (workshops, conferences, networking, etc.).

We rent the loft during the day on weekends at 2 000 € (8h30 - 18h30)
And 1 200€ for the week at the end of the day (18h30 - 22h30)
Schedules can be adapted.
