Hacienda Studio is an exceptional creative space in Paris, offering state-of-the-art facilities for visual productions, events, or professional shoots. With soundproof multi-purpose studios (ranging from 47 to 54 m²), a large technical setup, green and black backdrops, and a spacious 180 m² courtyard under a greenhouse, Hacienda Studio adapts to all your projects: television, recordings, live productions, corporate events, etc. Our fully equipped 400 m² event space can host up to 300 people for seminars, conferences, or private events. You can also make use of our contemporary, vintage, or police station-inspired offices for your filming needs.

Rules

- You are requested to leave the space as you found it.
- You must respect the agreed schedule, check-in and check-out times, and inform the host in case of delays or if you need additional time slots or riders.
- Inform the host if you wish to use the rooms.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
- Do not disturb the neighbors and respect the common areas.
- Please ensure that you respect and do not damage the space, furniture, or equipment; any loss or damage may result in a deduction from the deposit.
