For a few hours, half a day or a full day for private events such as birthdays, weddings, evenings with friends or a swimming pool day. We also host professional events such as filming, meetings or seminars.
Our place has a capacity of 20 people seated and 40 people standing with 3 tables, 20 chairs, 20 cutlery and 20 glasses with additional equipment.
Our 9000 m2 garden can accommodate up to 60 people standing, ideal for your weddings. We also have a small fishing pond that will delight fishermen (possibility of providing the equipment).
Rules
[Health protocol]
The Tenant undertakes that none of his guests (including himself) be recognized as a contact case or present any symptoms of COVID19 at the time of the event. It also undertakes to respect as much as possible the government-mandated barriers.
State of the place of entry and exit.
[Household]
You apply a mandatory household pass of 60 euros.
The package includes cleaning the parts, if any of the linen. However, please make sure you do not leave the accommodation in disarray, including the storage of furniture, objects and dishes. The 'Guest' will restore the rented accommodation in good condition.
If access to the kitchen and its equipment is included in the rental, it is however requested to clean them and to take back all food and drink (the household package does not include dishes or maintenance of equipment such as oven, stove, coffee maker, etc.).
[Household garbage]
Garbage cans are available. In case it is not sufficient, please use garbage bags (also available to you) and evacuate them on your own. No waste should be found in the outdoor spaces adjoining the place.
[Sound noise]
Please keep a moderate soundscape during the day and calm from 10pm so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Any disturbances in the neighbourhood caused by night-time disturbances may be subject to a deposit.
[Piscine]
The access and use of the pool is under the full responsibility of the 'Guest' and its guests.
- Protecting your child is always keeping an eye on him: before entering the pool area, you must equip your child with armbands, a float suit or a buoy adapted to his size (the equipment used must comply with the regulations in force and have not provided in the rental). Children are only allowed in the pool area under the constant and active supervision of adults.
- Bulky or sharp objects are not allowed in the pool area.
- Don't leave any objects that could damage the waterproofing of the pool.
- It is forbidden to insert any glass object or container into the pool enclosure.
To facilitate the maintenance and hygiene of the pool, please follow the following rules:
Do not apply sunscreen or sunscreen just before bathing.
Make sure your kids go to the toilet before accessing the pool
It is forbidden to run, dive, jump, scream, eat, smoke or drink in the pool area.
It is also forbidden to use products in the shower of the pool (shower gel, cosmetics,...) whose natural evacuation is done in the pond and could polish it.
It is also forbidden to pass your hands through the kennel gates or to open the doors.
[Caution]
A deposit of 800 euros is requested at the state of the places of entry.
The event will be returned to you once your event is over.
The deposit must be given in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the state of the premises of entry. Without bail, you won't be able to access the place.
If your event ends at night, the status of the premises will be made the next day and the deposit kept in the meantime.
A deduction will be made from your deposit if:
- Police or host intervention for disturbance
- Damage due to your carelessness or if the cleanliness of the place is deemed unacceptable.
- The number of guests exceeds the expected number of 20%.
- Departure times are not respected.
