Rules

A deposit of 2000 € is required during the evenings. The deposit will be returned to you once your event is over. The deposit must be given in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the inventory of fixtures of entry. Without a deposit, you will not be able to access the place.

- A rental contract will be drawn up before the rental, mentioning the number of people present.

[Housekeeping]

You apply a mandatory cleaning fee of 60 euros. The package includes the cleaning of rooms, if necessary linen. However, please be careful not to leave the accommodation in a mess, including the storage of furniture, objects and dishes. The 'Guest' will return the rented accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. If access to the kitchen and its equipment is included in the rental, it is however requested to clean them and take back all food and drinks (the cleaning fee does not include dishes or maintenance of equipment such as oven, stove, coffee maker, etc).

[Garbage]

Garbage cans are available. In case this is not enough, please use garbage bags (also at your disposal) and evacuate them by your own means. No waste should be found in the outdoor spaces adjacent to the site.
Thank you for keeping a moderate sound atmosphere during the day and quiet from 10pm so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Any disturbances in the neighborhood caused by nighttime disturbance may be subject to a levy on the deposit.
