Three spaces can be privatized at an additional cost:
1) Studio kitchen ideal for photo and video shoots, as well as team buildings.
2) Equipped R&D lab kitchen.
3) Private offices, up to 4 workstations (rental per month).
Reception lounge and dining area included in the rental.
A total of three reception areas on 70m²: A meeting room of 12m². The 13m² Studio kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchen, a post-production space, and a professional camera and lighting. A 14 m² R&D laboratory kitchen equipped with professional equipment.
