Guillaume Nouvellet, former Deputy Tax Director of the STEF Group, I have provided legal and tax solutions to complex issues for many years. These technical solutions were inherently regularly devoid of humanity. And yet, my whole being, shaped thanks to my experiences abroad and my many encounters, led me to have a more human and rewarding approach with my interlocutors. For some time, I had been maturing the idea of changing my professional lifestyle and retraining. Also, with the arrival of my two children and supported by my wife, I decided to stop my job as a tax specialist and find a new professional ecosystem in line with my values and convictions. So I created a real estate consulting company with high added value. My legal training and my job as a tax specialist have allowed me to acquire strong values based on rigor and ethics essential to create healthy and lasting relationships. I also became convinced that it was necessary to bring a profoundly human listening and benevolence to our professional and personal relationships. Naturally, I chose real estate that fascinates me and accompanies me for a very long time. Professionally, since the beginning of my career, I have regularly advised real estate investors (companies and individuals) legally and fiscally. And personally, I very early on effectively advised my entourage in their real estate projects, which allowed me to meet and exchange with many actors of the real estate transaction (notaries, architects, interior designers, general contractors, real estate agents ...).
