Internal rules:
Please respect the cleanliness of the place.
Please be careful not to leave the accommodation in disarray, including the storage of furniture, objects and dishes. The applicant will return the rented accommodation in a good state of cleanliness.
Please take back all the material brought by the applicant.
Garbage bins are available. Please respect the rules of selective sorting: yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; blue garbage can for household waste.
If your glass waste is more than 1 20 litre bag, please dispose of it on your own.
No waste should be found in the outdoor spaces adjoining the site (including cigarette butts).
The space is not a smoker.
It is not allowed to smoke indoors, only outdoors.
The butts must be extinguished in ashtrays (not on the ground) that will be moistened and emptied into the garbage bags when you leave.
It is permitted to smoke outdoors, however, please ask your guests to respect the surrounding neighbourhood when they go out to smoke.
The tenant is not allowed to stay with his pet.
It is allowed to park your vehicles on the street to access the cul-de-sac.
Vehicles must be parked in the spaces intended for this purpose. Please tell your guests not to park in the dead end.
The ad shows you the sound atmosphere you tolerate during your event.
Outdoor music is not allowed.
The presence of a DJ is not allowed.
Any nuisance considered to be neighbourhood disturbance may be reprimanded by law by a fine of 450 euros, at the expense of the Guest occupying the house as of the date of the events. The Host will have the option to charge this amount to the Guest or deduct it from the deposit if necessary.

J'ai été très bien accueillie par Flora.
L'endroit est calme, à la campagne et un peu atypique mais dans le sens positif. C'était propre, cosy et chaleureux.
Juste attention car ce n'est pas adapté PMR et la marche d'entrée est assez importante / haute.
Sinon, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance !
